By booking an appointment with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following financial terms.

Payment Terms

By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms:

  • Payment is due at the time of service.
  • A $150 deposit is required to reserve all consultations and treatment appointments. Deposits are applied toward treatment day-of.
  • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on services rendered, treatment deposits, skincare purchases, packages, or memberships.
  • Pricing is subject to change at any time. Quotes provided during a consultation are valid for 30 days.
  • We accept major credit cards, cash, and Cherry financing. A valid card must be kept on file to reserve appointments.
  • Chargebacks are not permitted. You authorize all charges and understand that results vary and are not guaranteed.
  • If additional product or sessions are required to achieve desired results, the patient is responsible for additional costs.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

By completing your booking, you authorize our office to charge your card on file for any fees outlined in this policy.
